Amanda Weir is a swimmer who has competed for the United States. She competed at the 2004, 2012 and 2016 Summer Olympic Games.

Weir started her Olympic career as a relay-only swimmer in Athens 2004. There, she helped the U.S. women's team of Kara Lynn Joyce, Natalie Coughlin, and Jenny Thompson score a silver with an American record time (3:36.39) in the 4x100 metres freestyle relay. She also added another silver in the 4x100 metres medley relay by swimming through the freestyle leg in the heats.

After missing the selection at Beijing 2008, Weir returned to her second Games eight years later in London once again as a relay-only swimmer. She swam through the second leg in the heats of the same relay race and saw her teammates locked the podium with a bronze in the final round.

Weir closed out her Olympic career by adding a third silver to her medal haul as a member of the U.S. women's team in the 4x100 metres freestyle relay despite swimming only in the heats.
