Carmelita Jeter is an American sprinter who is known as the second fastest woman ever, holding the 2nd fastest time in the 100 meters behind Florence Griffith-Joyner. She is currently the fastest woman in the world, with a time of 10.64 seconds in the 100m at the 2009 Shanghai Golden Grand Prix.
