Christian Sprenger is a swimmer who has competed for Australia. He qualified for the Australian swimming team at the 2008 and 2012 Summer Olympic Games. He won a total of three medals throughout his Olympic career, including an individual silver in the men's 100 metres breaststroke at his second Games in 2012. He also held the world record in the 200 metres breaststroke from the 2009 world championships until Dániel Gyurta lowered it three years later.

He is the cousin of Athens 2004 silver medalist Nicholas Sprenger.
