Elizabeth 'Beth' Kimberly Tweddle MBE was born on April 1, 1985 in Johannesburg, South Africa. She was a 6-time British All-Around Champion in 2001-2007. Tweddle represented Great Britain at the 2004, 2008 and 2012 Olympic games in Women's Artistic Gymnastics. She was awarded the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in the 2010 New Year Honours for her services to sport after winning her third World Gold medal and helping the British women's team to a silver medal at the European Championships that year. Tweddle won a bronze medal on the uneven bars at the 2012 games.
