Grégory Mallet is a swimmer who has competed for France. He competed at the 2008, 2012, and 2016 Summer Olympic Games.

Mallet started his Olympic career as a relay-only swimmer in Beijing 2008. There, he contributed to the French men's runner-up feat in the 4x100 metres freestyle relay by swimming through the second leg in the heats.

Four years later in London, Mallet helped the French men's team of Amaury Leveaux, Clément Lefert, and Yannick Agnel blast a national record (7:02.77) for the silver in the 4x200 metres freestyle relay. On the individual side, he landed on the seventh spot and fourteenth overall in his semifinal heat of the 200 metres freestyle.

Mallet returned to his third Games in 2016 as a member of the French men's 4x200 metres freestyle relay team, but he and his teammates failed to enter the top eight final with a thirteenth place time from the heats.
