Jonathan Alan Horton was born on December 31, 1985 in Houston, Texas, USA. Horton is the 2009 and 2010 National All-Around Champion and has medals in multiple events. Horton was on the 2008 Men's Olympic Team in Beijing helping the team win the bronze medal and placing eigth in the all-around competition. He was the only male gymnast from USA to win an individual medal that year. On July 1, 2012, Horton was added to the men's gymnastics Olympic team being the only member with Olympic experience. He was Captain of the 2010 and 2011 World teams and will be the Captain of this year's Olympic team.

Horton also competed for the University of Oklahoma from 2005-2008 where he broke the OU records for NCAA titles and All-America Honors.

Personal Life

Horton married Haley DeProspero on June 20, 2009. Haley was also a gymnast at the University of Oklahoma.
