Jordyn Marie Wieber is a member of the 2012 USA Olympic team competing in women's artistic gymnastics. Wieber is the reigning World and National All-Around Gymnastics Champion. Wieber has been on the national team since 2006. Wieber and her USA teammates won the team gold medal on July 31, 2012.

On Friday, March 6, 2015, Jordyn Wieber has announced that she will be retiring from gymnastics this year. She hasn't even considered trying out for Rio. This is all due to her current commitments with UCLA and the fact that she hasn't done any training for quite a while.[1]
