Ksenia Dmitrievna Afanasyeva is a member of the 2012 Russian Olympic team and was also a member of the team in 2008. Afanasyeva won a silver medal in the women's artistic team competition in 2012. Afanasyeva is the 2011 world champion on floor exercise.
