Li Yanfeng is a track and field athlete who has competed for China. She competed at the 2004, 2008, and 2012 Summer Olympic Games. She won a silver medal in the discus throw competition in 2012 after her bronze medal was upgraded after Darya Pishchalnikova was disqualified for doping offences. Similarly, her ninth place in 2004 was upgraded to eighth after Irina Yatchenko was also disqualified for doping offences.
