Lydia Lassila is a freestyle skier who has competed for Australia. She competed at the 2002, 2006, 2010, 2014, and 2018 Winter Olympic Games. She was the first Australian female athlete to participate in five Winter Olympic Games. She was asked to carry Australia's flag during the opening ceremony of Pyeongchang 2018 but refused.

She is married to Finland's Lauri Lassila.
