Raluca Strămăturaru is a luger who has competed for Romania.
She competed at the 2010, 2014, 2018, and 2022 Winter Olympic Games. Her 7th place in the 2018 Winter Olympics was the best result for a Romanian luger since the 1994 Winter Olympics. She carried the flag for Romania at the opening ceremony of Beijing 2022 together with Paul Constantin Pepene.
Her sister Violeta Stramaturaru was selected to participate in the 2010 Winter Olympics.
