Yang Yun is a gymnast who has competed for China. She competed at the 2000 Summer Olympic Games. She helped the Chinese women secure a bronze in the team all-around event but a decade later, the International Olympic Committee stripped off their medal and awarded it to the United States instead after Ling's teammate Dong Fangxiao was discovered to have been underage during the competition.
She is married to Beijing 2008 all-around champion Yang Wei.
