Yulia Lipnitskaia is a Russian figure skater. She was a competitor in the 2014 Sochi Olympics. Lipnitskaia placed first in both segments, helping Russia win the first ever team gold medal. Lipnitskaia is also the youngest European Champion ever.  

In Russian, her name is Юлия (Yuliya or Yulia), but she is at times credited by her English name Julia.

She was the 25th to skate in the short program of the individual event, and was the 19th to skate in the long program. She finished 5th in both segments.
