Yulia Lipnitskaia is a Russian figure skater. She is a competitor in the 2014 Sochi Olympics. Lipnitskaia placed first in both the short and free skates to help Russia win the first ever team gold medal. Lipnitskaia is the youngest European Champion ever.
In Russian, her name is Юлия (Yuliya or Yulia), but she is at times credited by her English name Julia.
She will be the 25th to skate in the short program of the individual event.
